Mr. John L. Gayle

With over twenty-five (25) years as a Professional Sugarcane Technologist, Mr. John L. Gayle joined SCJ Holdings Limited, a Government-owned company that once operated six sugarcane estates in Jamaica. He currently holds the post of Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Gayle is an MBA graduate with over twenty-five (25) years experience in senior management positions. His training spans International Business, Strategic Planning and Agriculture. He is a qualified sugar technologist with international experiences in the management of sugar business. Mr. Gayle brings to SCJ Holdings Limited a wealth of experience in Project Management and Social Re-engineering. Coupled with the many years of working in the local sugar sector, Mr. Gayle has also gained experience from countries such as Brazil, USA, Australia, Africa and the Caribbean. His hobbies are bird shooting and playing dominoes. He also enjoys spending time with his family.

Donnovan Buckley attended Holmwood Technical High School, in Christiana, Manchester. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago and a Master of Business Administration from the Mona School of Business & Management, University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. He has worked in the Public Sector at the Office of the Services Commission and at the Rural Physical Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. He has also worked in the Private Sector at the Agricultural Chemical Plant, Lascelles deMercardo and Company Ltd. Mr. Buckley is a son of Trelawny who enjoys cricket, dominoes, and reading. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Liguanea

Mrs. Debbie Ann Kerr-Scott attended St. Hilda's Diocesan High School, Brown's Town, St. Ann. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History (Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and completed her studies at the Norman Manley Law School. She has worked in the Public Service at the Ministry of Mining and Energy, the Ministry of Transport and Works and the Jamaica National Heritage Trust. She is currently the Legal Manager at the SCJ Holdings Limited, where she handles Conveyancing matters, Commercial Law and Contract Law. Mrs. Kerr-Scott attends the Green Acres Church of the Nazarene, where she volunteers her time as a member of the Sunday School Board and the Scholarship Committee. She is an avid football and track and field fan.

Ms. Graham has a wealth of experience in varied local and international arenas. She has been awarded a Master of Business Administration Management by Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science by Nova Southeastern University and is the recipient of numerous acknowledgements of excellence. Ms. Graham has gleaned a wealth of knowledge in both the private and public sectors in areas including hospitality & tourism, retail trade, international relations and mass communication. She has an outstanding persona which makes her quite apt for her current portfolio as Human Resource/Community Relations Manager. Ms. Graham has a great passion for serving humanity and is an avid cultural studies enthusiast who in her spare time enjoys, inter alia, interior and exterior decorating, event planning, and travelling.

Sherry-Ann Johnson is an experienced Chartered Accountant who is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Jamaica (ICAJ) as well as the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA). She has worked in both the public and private sectors and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Ms. Johnson also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Technology. This proud graduate of St. Jago High School likes reading and writing and outdoor activities. She is a firm believer in giving back to society and is a humanitarian at heart. She volunteers regularly with various service organizations and participates in church outreach activities.

Natalee is a graduate of the Holy Childhood High School. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies. She was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2012 and is a member of SCJ Holdings Limited's Legal Department. She is a Sunday School Teacher at The Worship Centre, Church of God and a former tutor of the Faculty of Social Science, University of the West Indies (Mona). Ms. Lindsay has been involved in varying capacities in a number of researches including National and Constituency Polls (2006 - 2011); Knowledge and Perception of the EC/EU in Jamaica (2010); Household Livelihood Survey for Sugar Farmers (2008); Attitude towards same sex relationships (2010); Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) Household Survey (2008), and the Latin American Public Opinion Poll (UWI & Vanderbilt University, 2006 & 2008).

Mr. Michael Spence is a graduate of Campion College, He holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Arts Science and Technology (CAST) and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Geographic Information Sciences (SGIS). He has worked in both public and private sectors including National Land Agency, National Work Agency and as a part time Lecturer at the University of Technology where he taught Land Surveying. Mr. Spence is also the Chairman of Grievance and Complaints Committee of Land Surveys Association of Jamaica. Mr. Michael Spence enjoys motor racing.

Mr. Mikhail Barton, a proud graduate of Munro College, currently holds a Bachelors Degree in Surveying and Geographic Information Sciences from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He has experience working with both private and public firms in areas covering most surveying disciplines namely Cadastral, Topographic, and Engineering Surveying. An avid football fan, Mr. Barton also enjoys track and field and cricket (mainly T20).

He holds a Certificate in Construction Technology from the Montego Bay Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Geographic Information Science (SGIS) attained from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He has experience working in both private and public companies which has enhance his skills in various aspects of surveying which include Cadastral, Topographic, and Engineering Surveying. Mr. Jarret enjoys playing dominoes and also enjoys track and field.
